Wraparound Care at Outwood Primary Academy Woodlands


Our Wraparound Care provision offers safe, stimulating, and happy before and after-school childcare for all children attending Outwood Primary Academy Woodlands, from Reception to Year 6 (term-time only).


Operating Times & Admissions

  • Admissions: Welcomes all children in R-Y6.
  • Booking: Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, are limited to 30 and must be booked and paid for in advance via ParentPay (Clubs module).
  • T&Cs: A copy of the Terms & Conditions must be signed and returned to us before bookings can be made.
  • Notice: The minimum advance notice for booking and payment is 12:00 pm the previous day.
  • Food: Breakfast is served from 7:45 am - 8:15 am.

Start the school day the right way at Early Rise Breakfast Club! We offer a tasty and nutritious start with a wide selection, including a variety of cereals, fresh toast with spreads, fruit, and refreshing juice. Beyond the great food, joining us early has fantastic benefits: it gives children a calm and positive start to their day, making them feel settled and ready to learn before the first bell rings. It also provides a wonderful chance to enjoy a bit of social time with friends and staff, ensuring everyone arrives in class energised and focused for a day of brilliant learning!

How to join

 
If you would like to use the breakfast club service, please contact the school office (details below) and sign and return a copy of the T&Cs. Once completed it will show on your ParentPay account to be able to book. 

Payment Methods: Payment for breakfast club is via ParentPay. You can also use Tax-Free Childcare and Childcare Vouchers.

Parents are liable for all sessions booked, and payment is expected even for non-attended sessions if block-booked. Sessions cannot be booked if there are no funds on ParentPay
We strongly suggest that if you need to use breakfast club to book as soon as you can to secure any places you will need, as this is open to the full school.
You are able to book up to a half-term at a time. The booking will show as green and say booked on each day you have a confirmed place. You must add credit to the account in advance of the booking to complete the process.
